MEET THE OWNER
Kenyon Val Abarca
Previously, we were known as Val Gateau — Val for the owner's second name and Gateau for the French word "rich cakes". Our business started as a cake and pastry shop, which is why the name bore Gateau.
Craving it to be more catchy and relatable, we changed it to Val Coffee. With this, our menu expanded — from cakes, pastries, to coffees.
